Terri Blackwell- Program Manager/ Senior CoachCruiter
Terri Blackwell is the Lead CoachCruiter for BPC. She operates from the belief that life is big enough for everyone to enjoy and true fulfillment comes from sharing your life with as many people as possible. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from UMBC and a Master's Degree in Human Services from Capella University. Terri is a retired educator and a forever student. She enjoys walking, watching documentaries, traveling, and dining with family and friends.

Sherry Brown- Operations/Finance Manager & CoachCruiter
Sherry is a successful business owner with an extensive background in Commercial Construction Industry with notable work completed on high-profile projects such as the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC and revisions to the Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. With a passion for helping clients, team members, associates, and colleagues to achieve their goals, her absolute core value is showing kindness towards others and never expecting anything in return. Her hobbies include fishing, kickboxing, and horseback riding. Her greatest joy is being Mom to my two school-age Boys!

Carrie Larsen- Administrative Support
Carrie is the administrative support person for all things CoachCruiting. Carrie holds a degree in Christian Education with an emphasis on Youth Ministry. She is a sunset watcher, Apple product junkie, music fanatic, concertgoer, jazz lover, storyteller, beachcomber, and she speaks the language of thumbs (social media savvy).

Sonja pairs her sharp intuition with years of targeted recruiting, hiring, and leadership experience to bring a unique perspective to any staffing issue or challenge. Sonja is a respected speaker and presenter, at both a local and national level. She provides practical information on a range of topics pertaining to staffing and recruiting in an interactive and engaging format. Bridge Performance Coaching meets you where you are, assesses problem areas, and recommends practical strategies for overcoming obstacles standing in the way of reaching your performance goals for your business.
