Terri Blackwell is the Lead Coachcruiter for BPC. She operates from the belief that life is big enough for everyone to enjoy and true fulfillment comes from sharing your life with as many people as possible.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English from UMBC and Master's Degree in Human Services from Capella University
Terri is a retired educator and a forever student.
She enjoys walking, watching documentaries, traveling, and dining with family and friends.

Sherry is a successful business owner with extensive background in Commercial Construction Industry with notable work completed at high profile projects such as the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC and revisions to the Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA.
With a passion for helping clients, team members, associates, and colleagues to achieve their goals, her absolute core value is showing kindness towards others and never expecting anything in return.
Her hobbies include fishing, kickboxing, and horseback riding. Her greatest joy is being Mom to my two school age Boys!
As BPC’s first official employee, Cydney has witnessed and assisted in BPC’s exponential growth. Cydney owns a Virtual Assistant business as well as co-owns a Maryland based Non-profit with her spouse that helps bring existing resources together for those in need. Cydney attended Garret College and has a background in the Performing Arts and administration. Cydney enjoys helping others, music, and doing yoga/meditation. As the Executive Administrator, Cydney supports the entire CoachCruiting team.
