Sonja Der has more than 25 years of experience with leadership, coaching and recruiting, and is an accomplished public speaker known for her sharp intuition and engaging presentation style. A serial entrepreneur, she is a two-time founder and business owner who brings empathy and applied professional experience to her engagements with business owners. Her hobbies include exercise, reading, and anything outdoors! Sonja's greatest joy is spending time with her family.
