And we saw employees floundering, unable to vault themselves from expert to leader, or trapped in conflict and misunderstandings with teammates.

Founder and Principal Solutions Strategist
Sonja Der has more than 25 years of experience with leadership, coaching and recruiting, and is an accomplished public speaker known for her sharp intuition and engaging presentation style. A serial entrepreneur, she is a two-time founder and business owner who brings empathy and applied professional experience to her engagements with business owners. Her hobbies include exercise, reading, and anything outdoors! Sonja's greatest joy is spending time with her family.

Sherry is a successful business owner with an extensive background in the commercial construction industry. She has worked on such high-profile projects as the World War II Memorial in Washington, DC and revisions to the Amphitheater at Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, VA. With a passion for helping clients, team members, associates, and colleagues to achieve their goals, her absolute core value is showing kindness towards others and never expecting anything in return. Her hobbies include fishing and kickboxing, with her greatest joy being a mom to her two boys!

Administrative Assistant
Sydnee loves providing CoachCruiting’s partners with white-glove services that make them feel special. With experience at upscale restaurants, she knows how to juggle competing demands. Clients can expect her to work proactively to anticipate and correct avoidable issues they may face in the recruiting and team building process, and to make their experience positive and stress-free. In her free time, she is a singer-songwriter and artist.
